tips for winter season:
- Drink plenty of water.
- Fruit and green vegetables are like a magic
wand for any types of
skin. They are enriched with vitamins and nutrients which keeps our
skin health.
- Try not to experiment a lot with moisturizers.
Never forget your night
cream. Apply it after cleaning the face properly and then toning it.
For the day cream make sure it has a minimum SPF 20. Cleansing toning
and moisturizing are the three basic steps for your daily regime and
should not be missed out.
- Try to avoid the sun and the pollution as much
as you can as it
affects the skin a lot. Apply a good sun skin lotion even if you are
staying in your room during the day time. When you are applying the lip
balm, make sure even that has SPF15 or more to protect your lips from
the sun rays.

a party this evening and want to have a glowing look,here is how you
can :
Grind almonds along with milk and olive oil into a semi-smooth paste.
To the mixture,add ground orange peel. Apply on your face and leave for
around 15min. Wash ur face with cold water and rub your face with an
ice cube. Pat dry your face to get a glowing look
Tips for long hair:
Avoid sleeping with tightly braided hair or hair in a tight ponytail.
The stress can cause breakage and/or hair loss.
Even if you plan on growing your hair out further, you should trim your
hair once every 3 months, as split ends will cause your hair to break
off .
Brushing your hair is important because it spreads the the hair oils
out across the length of your hair.
Here are some tips
to help prevent acne:
- Wash your face twice a day (no more) with warm
water and a mild soap made for people with acne.
- Don't pop pimples.
- Avoid touching your face with your fingers or
leaning your face on objects that collect sebum and skin residue like
your phone.
- If you wear glasses or sunglasses, make sure
you clean them frequently
to keep oil from clogging the pores around your eyes and nose.
- If you get acne on your body, try not to wear
tight clothes.

silky hair
- Use almond oil to massage your hair one day
before washing your hair.
Frequently massaging your hair with almond oil will help you to get
silky and soft hair. Massaging is good for improving blood circulation
and getting stronger hair.
- Use mixture of shikakai powder, henna (mehndi)
powder, amla powder and curd as conditioner to get soft and silky hair
How To Reverse Hair

- Try drinking - blend bananas with honey,
yoghurt & low-fat milk.
A drink rich in biotin can help keep your crowning glory firmly rooted.
- Take dietary supplements- Vitamin B6, zinc
& saw palmetto.
Supplements are useful when you can't get enough from natural food
sources.
- Invert your head while you shampoo &
massage your scalp. This helps promote blood circulation to the head.

Healthy Haldi
Make a paste using Haldi (Turmeric) with a little raw milk and lemon
juice. Apply it on the skin, it will help in removing a tan.
Sweet Honey
Prepare mixture of honey, lemon and vegetable oil. Apply this paste on
dry skin and wash after 10-15 min. This mixture is a good moisturizer
for dry skin.
For normal skin
mix 1 tablespoon orange juice and 1 tablespoon lemon juice in a cup of
yogurt, to make a paste. Apply it on face as a mask and keep it on for
15 minutes. Then clean it off with a wet tissue. This mask enhances the
complexion and glow of face.
Tea and beer
rinse is one of the oldest ways to bring shine to your hair. Boil used
tea leaves in enough water, let it cool and then use this liquid as the
last rinse. |
