  • Try not to experiment a lot with moisturizers. Never forget your night cream. Apply it after cleaning the face properly and then toning it. For the day cream make sure it has a minimum SPF 20. Cleansing toning and moisturizing are the three basic steps for your daily regime and should not be missed out.

Grind almonds along with milk and olive oil into a semi-smooth paste. To the mixture,add ground orange peel. Apply on your face and leave for around 15min. Wash ur face with cold water and rub your face with an ice cube. Pat dry your face to get a glowing look

Avoid sleeping with tightly braided hair or hair in a tight ponytail. The stress can cause breakage and/or hair loss.

For normal skin mix 1 tablespoon orange juice and 1 tablespoon lemon juice in a cup of yogurt, to make a paste. Apply it on face as a mask and keep it on for 15 minutes. Then clean it off with a wet tissue. This mask enhances the complexion and glow of face.
